I’d prefer to place my order over the phone, can I do this?

Absolutely! Call us on +44 (0)1482 306994 to place an order over the phone.

Do I have to create an account to purchase something on THE-ACEY.COM?
No. You may check out as a guest, however we encourage creating an account in order to view order history and record your preferences.

Why can't I place an item in my basket?
Oh dear, this item may have recently sold out or we are experiencing technical issues. Please call us on +44 (0)1482 306994 or email us at hello@the-acey.com so we can check our stocks.

Why haven't I received an email confirmation for my order?

Check the "Order history" on your ACEY account. If you do have an order number, check if your email address is correct. If there is no "recent order" listed, order processing has been unsuccessful.

Can I redeem a gift voucher online?

Of course, please enter your voucher code in the Promo Code section at checkout.

How do I amend my order once I've already placed?

We may need to cancel your existing order and ask you to place a new one but let us help you, please call us on +44 (0)1482 306994.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

I've received my order but something is missing?.
Check your final dispatch email. Any change to the order will be outlined here. If you find a discrepancy just give us a call on +44 (0)1482 306994 or email hello@the-acey.com and we will do our best to help.

Which courier do you use?

We use DPD's Carbon Neutral delivery service to get our packages to you. Check for a DPD tracking number in your confirmation e-mail.

How do I change the address on my order?

Once your order has been processed it may not be possible to change the address, but get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. Please call us on +44 (0)1482 306994 or email at hello@the-acey.com so we can update your information.

I placed an order using standard delivery. Can I upgrade to Next Day service?
We’re sorry but once your order has been placed it’s not possible to change your delivery choice.
