Check the "Order history" on your ACEY account. If you do have an order number it would be worth checking that your email address is correct. If, however, there is no recent order listed it means the process has been unsuccessful.

We use My Hermes for all UK deliveries and DHL for most international customers.

We’re sorry but once your order has been placed it’s not possible to change your delivery choice.
